Giles Phelps
Founder & Chief Vision Officer
Giles Phelps, serial entrepreneur working mainly in the technical, communications and energy sectors with particular experience in growing infrastructure related projects. Founded a number of companies including Net Support UK Ltd and Spectrum Internet where he successfully raised £150M infrastructure funding to build full-fibre across South Wales. Giles has a particular interest in renewable energy and was an early adopter of a Tesla EV. Recognising the growing importance of technology within the energy sector Giles has identified an opportunity to improve the benefits and return on investment of renewable installations and EV charging services.

Paul Cowley
Operations Manager
Tewdric offers me the variation in my working week that I enjoy. Each day is a challenge and an opportunity to learn new things but bring 25 years of Telecomms experience to the table. I am super keen to see Tewdric become leaders in micro and macro generation sites across Wales. Outside of work I love being in the great outdoors which Wales offers in spades, either on a motorbike or on a boat.

Steve Wigley-Jones
Construction Director
With over 40 years of experience in the Telecoms industry, including major infrastructure builds across the UK, Steve is leading on the mobilising and scaling of the business, latterly supporting the launch of new start-ups in Wales. Away from the office, he is a National Coastwatch Volunteer in Porthcawl and loves travelling, music and all sports.

Oliver brings his experience of solar panel installations to the team and is popular with our clients because of his dedication to providing a high quality finish to every job.

Jordan Davies
Jordan is one of our Electrical Engineers who is present on our sites during installation. Well qualified as an electrician, Jordan enjoys commissioning projects and ensuring quality assurance to meet MCS standards as a minimum.
